The Venus Company offers both full and part time seasonal employment opportunities. Our quality commitment means that our team has to be fully flexible while delivering fast, accurate and friendly service.

Each team member must be focused on ensuring that each of our customers is treated as a valued guest throughout their whole stay. Keeping the tables clean is just as an important part of that experience as the quality of the food or the welcome at the till.

Our starting rates of pay for seasonal employment are £6.20 for 22+, £5.40 for 17-21 year olds and £4.40 for 16 year olds.   40p of this is a bonus paid at the end of September for the hours worked during the 6 weeks of the Summer holidays (last week of of July, all of August & first week of September). In addition, there are performance awards made during the season making a further 50 pence per hour available for the 17-21 year old age group.   Free staff meals, holiday pay & uniform is provided.   Free meals and holiday pay are worth approximately a further £1 per hour.
